　　The SRMA1-12 series of environmentally friendly gas-insulated ring main unit switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "environmentally friendly cabinet") manufactured by SHARESUN Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, highly reliable, highly safe, well-sealed, and requiring minimal installation and maintenance. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product that replaces SF6 gas-insulated ring main unit switchgear.

　　The environmentally friendly cabinet is a medium-voltage switchgear used in 10kV power distribution systems to perform functions such as control, protection, measurement, monitoring, and communication; the primary circuit switch body and various live parts of the environmentally friendly cabinet are sealed within a stainless steel gas tank filled with pressurized environmentally friendly gas. The entire switching device is unaffected by the external environment. It features standard modular units and can achieve various combinations through the selection of expandable busbars, meeting the needs of both network nodes and end users, and also satisfying the needs of various secondary substations for the flexible use of miniaturized and intelligent ring main units; suitable for occasions with high reliability requirements and relatively harsh natural environments and conditions, such as underground, plateau, and coastal areas, it is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, railways, airports, urban commercial centers, residential communities, etc.

　　1.Environmentally Friendly

　　Environmentally friendly and pollution-free throughout its entire life cycle: The SRMA1 series of environmentally friendly cabinets are filled with environmentally friendly gas. The production process does not produce any pollutant emissions, the operation process is pollution-free and maintenance-free; in addition, most of the materials can be degraded and recycled at the end of their life cycle.

　　2.High Reliability

　　(1) Unaffected by the operating environment: The live parts (main busbars) and switch body of the SRMA1 series environmentally friendly cabinets are sealed in a gas tank welded from stainless steel plates. The main circuit is connected to the outside through bushings installed on the gas tank that conform to the DIN47636 standard. It can be connected to incoming and outgoing cables through fully insulated, fully shielded separable connectors. The gas tank has an IP67 protection rating. The interior of the gas tank is not affected by the external environment, and it has short-term flood and condensation resistance functions.

　　(2) Low risk of partial discharge: Very little epoxy resin is used, only at the cable connection bushing, and the primary connection components and primary components all use rounded corners or arcs for uniform field design, thus greatly reducing the risk of partial discharge and ensuring reliable operation of the equipment.

　　(3) Reliable mechanical operation: It has a spring operating mechanism independently developed and produced. The quality of the control mechanism is controlled throughout the entire process, from design source, production process, and running-in and debugging, ensuring the reliability and stability of the mechanism. At the same time, there are complete mechanical interlocking devices between the operating mechanisms of the isolating switch, grounding switch, and circuit breaker, as well as between the grounding switch and the cabinet door, which can maximally prevent misoperation.

　　(1) Operator safety: All high-voltage live parts and the switch body are sealed in a stainless steel gas tank. The primary incoming and outgoing lines are connected to the outside through bushings, and the stainless steel gas tank is reliably grounded, ensuring that operators will not touch high-voltage live parts.

　　(2) Equipment operating safety: Since the high-voltage primary components are all sealed in the gas tank, external environmental conditions will not affect equipment performance, and the insulation medium state can be safely monitored through a pressure gauge or density relay. In addition, this series of ring main units has a reliable pressure relief device and pressure relief channel, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in the event of a fault.

　　4.Good Sealing

　　(1) Excellent sealing technology: The gas tank is designed using 304 stainless steel plates. Advanced automatic laser cutting machines and CNC punching-shearing-bending and other mechanical processing equipment are used to ensure the dimensional accuracy of gas tank parts processing. OTC welding robots are used to achieve fully automated welding technology, ensuring high welding efficiency, stable gas tank quality, and beautiful and uniform welds. Excellent sealing technology prevents gas leakage from the gas tank and the intrusion of external moisture, maximizing the sealing of the gas tank.

　　(2) Extremely high airtightness: For the dynamic seals (switch operating shaft sleeves), pressure gauges or density relays, high-voltage insulation bushings, and explosion-proof valves, etc., which involve elastic seals, the SRMA1 series environmentally friendly cabinets are strictly controlled to ensure their excellent physical and chemical properties and precise process control. At the same time, a vacuum box helium leak detection system is used to detect the airtightness of the gas tank, ensuring an extremely high airtightness with an annual leakage rate of less than 0.01% for the environmentally friendly gas in the gas tank.

　　5.Low Installation and Maintenance

　　(1) The SRMA1 series environmentally friendly cabinets can be combined into common-box type non-expandable environmentally friendly cabinets through various standard unit modules, or different modules can be combined and designed into expandable units. Through dedicated fully insulated and fully shielded busbar connectors, various forms of combinations can be achieved; on-site installation is simple and requires little work.

　　(2) Low maintenance workload: Since the high-voltage primary components are all sealed in the gas tank, and the annual leakage rate of the environmentally friendly gas in the gas tank is less than 0.01%, this series of environmentally friendly cabinets truly requires little maintenance for 30 years.
