  SLeadi intelligent low-voltage complete switchgear, independently developed by SHARESUN Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., is a new type of power distribution system that uses advanced sensing technology, digital technology, network technology, communication technology, and artificial intelligence technology to achieve intelligent operation and maintenance throughout its life cycle. It is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltage 400V, rated current 7500A and below three-phase five-wire low-voltage power distribution systems. It is applied in various fields such as national power grids, industrial enterprises, high-rise buildings, big data centers, new energy, electronic factories, and scientific research institutes. It can be used as a control for electric energy conversion and consumption equipment, and can also realize intelligent operation and maintenance throughout the life cycle for power users.

  The product meets GB/T 7251.2-2023/IEC 61439-2:2020 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear Part 2: Power switchgear and controlgear assemblies" and GB/T 7251.8-2020 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear Part 8: General technical requirements for intelligent switchgear assemblies".

Technical Advantages


  1. Local Monitoring and Remote Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Functions:

  At present, conventional low-voltage complete switchgear in China only has the control function of electric energy conversion and consumption equipment; while the SLeadi low-voltage intelligent complete switchgear is equipped with the "Comprehensive Monitoring and Management Control System for Medium and Low Voltage Intelligent Power Distribution Switchgear", which has computer software copyright. Through the monitoring system on the main control unit with touch screen function and the "Wanliyan Smart Energy Management Platform" independently developed by SHARESUN Electric, intelligent monitoring, intelligent operation and maintenance, and intelligent analysis are realized. Specific includes:

  (1) On-site operation and maintenance functions of the power distribution system: including on-site operation and protection functions of PC cabinet frame circuit breakers, on-site operation and protection functions of MCC cabinet molded case circuit breakers, switch cabinet panel indication functions of various circuit operating states, on-site switching functions of reactive power compensation cabinets, and on-site measurement and display functions of electrical and non-electrical parameters, etc.

  (2) Intelligent functions of the power distribution system: including viewing system operating parameters and on-off operation functions through the local monitoring system, overcurrent or short-circuit protection and threshold exceeding alarm functions of power distribution circuits, temperature, humidity, and smoke detection and alarm, and automatic execution control functions, etc.

  (3) "Four Remote" and video monitoring functions of the power distribution system: including remote measurement, which has real-time monitoring functions of analog quantities such as current, voltage, power, energy, harmonic, power factor, and load curve; remote signaling, which has real-time monitoring functions of switch quantities such as switch operating state, alarm, and fault state; remote control, which has manual remote control or online operation functions of power distribution equipment and its circuit breakers; remote adjustment, which has on-site and remote modification functions of overcurrent, short-circuit protection and pre-alarm set values for input and output circuits; and video monitoring function for the operation screen of power distribution equipment.

  (4) Intelligent operation and maintenance functions of the power distribution system: including patrol and maintenance functions of operating status, operating parameters, operating screens, alarm information, power consumption, and power load of intelligent power distribution through local and WEB or APP; operation and maintenance operation functions such as on-site or remote operation of intelligent power distribution equipment; and intelligent operation and maintenance functions such as power distribution system operation data analysis and energy management.

  2. Digital Nameplate and Appearance Design Technology:

  (1) At present, the product nameplates of low-voltage switchgears produced by various manufacturers in China are printed in physical form. The SLeadi low-voltage intelligent complete switchgear independently developed by SHARESUN Electric has the characteristics of a digital nameplate. The technical drawings, project information, and other technical data of the switchgear can be read by scanning the designed digital nameplate, which is a QR code generated by the design. It is convenient for maintenance personnel to check and repair.

  (2) At present, the appearance of low-voltage switchgears manufactured by domestic manufacturers is relatively consistent, only equipped with control and indication devices; while the SLeadi low-voltage intelligent complete switchgear independently developed by SHARESUN Electric uses the company's independent intellectual property rights "Intelligent low-voltage switchgear" appearance design patent, which can clearly see the low-voltage power distribution primary system scheme and the on-off operating status of various main and distribution circuits through the front panel of the cabinet, which facilitates local operation and maintenance and remote video operation and maintenance observation.

  3. Stepless Adjustment Technology for the Set Value of Outgoing Switch Protection:

  At present, the protection set value of molded case circuit breakers in China is based on the original fixed rated current or the protection set value adjusted according to the level. For temporary power supply or during the transformation process, if the original large load is changed to a light load, then the original molded case needs to be replaced with a switch device suitable for light load protection operation, which is not flexible and requires certain economic costs; while the SLeadi low-voltage intelligent complete switchgear independently developed by SHARESUN Electric, its drawer circuit breaker has manual and electric operation functions, and the overcurrent protection can be set arbitrarily or steplessly according to the line and load characteristics and operating current, which can avoid the limitation of overcurrent protection set value parameters and range of the circuit breaker, and can solve the phenomenon that high-current circuit breakers cannot protect light-load circuits.

  4. Simplified Drawer Wiring and Intelligent Monitoring Function Technology of Drawers:

  At present, for drawer-type low-voltage switchgears from domestic manufacturers, due to the large number of components in the drawer, the installation and wiring are complex and the failure rate is increased; while the drawer unit of the SLeadi low-voltage intelligent complete switchgear independently developed by SHARESUN Electric uses an intelligent control terminal (i.e., an integrated device of current transformer and detection module), which can simplify installation and wiring and reduce the failure rate, and can realize real-time current and voltage measurement functions, energy metering functions, power quality monitoring functions, overvoltage and overcurrent trip alarm functions, etc., and through the temperature measurement function of the intelligent control terminal, real-time three-way temperature monitoring is realized, which solves the problem that the high operating temperature in the drawer is difficult to detect, and maximizes the operating safety of the primary system in the drawer.
