  The YZC intelligent one-button control device, independently developed by the company, is mainly applicable to 7.2-24kV centrally-mounted high-voltage switchgear. The device display uses a 10-inch touch screen, and all status displays and controls are realized on the touch screen. It integrates operation control, temperature and humidity control, online temperature monitoring, energized display, and simulated busbar display, and can achieve "fool-proof" one-button energization and power-off.

  Compared with traditional manual operation, this device has the advantages of being safer, more reliable, more convenient, and more intuitive.

  The intelligent one-button control device is applied to 7.2-24kV centrally-mounted high-voltage switchgear for intelligent one-button control of its operating status and intelligent monitoring of the temperature of the primary components and busbars inside the cabinet. The main application areas include the State Grid, big data centers, new energy fields, construction, petrochemical, communications, municipal construction, industrial enterprises, and research and office spaces such as schools and hospitals.

  (1) Operating Power Supply: AC85-265V/DC110-375V: This intelligent one-button control device adopts a wide voltage design of AC85-265V/DC110-375V to avoid the phenomenon of the device being unable to work due to excessive voltage fluctuations;

  (2) Accuracy Grade: Temperature ±0.1℃; Humidity ±0.5%RH: This intelligent one-button control device adopts a high-precision chip design and a built-in temperature and humidity sensor to ensure that its measurement accuracy reaches temperature ±0.1℃; humidity ±0.5%RH, making the temperature detection of components in the cabinet more accurate and reliable, and more precisely adjusting the heating and dehumidification device.

  (3) Communication Method: RS485, ModBus-RTU: This device uses the internationally common RS485, ModBus-RTU communication method for smooth communication and data reading and writing with other devices or computers.

  (4) Insulation Resistance: >500MΩ: The insulation resistance of this device is greater than 500MΩ, far exceeding the national standard ≥5MΩ for the insulation resistance of electronic and electrical products. The dielectric strength of this device also meets the national standard of 2000V/1min for this type of equipment.

  (5) Maximum Power Consumption <30W: This intelligent control device has low power consumption, not exceeding 30W, ensuring that the heat dissipation and the operating temperature of electronic components and chips during operation will not exceed the limit, leading to device crashes or malfunctions.

  01. Login Permissions, Double Password Protection: To ensure safe energization/de-energization operations, "administrator" and "operator" passwords must be entered before each entry to the "operation interface." Passwords can be reset in the settings interface if needed.

  02. Operation Interface, Automatic Shutdown: The "operation interface" will automatically close and return to the running interface after a period of inactivity (30-240 seconds, configurable).

  03. Step-by-Step Operation, Misoperation Warning: The intelligent one-button control device can perform step-by-step operations on the centrally-mounted switchgear, such as trolley insertion/withdrawal, circuit breaker closing/opening, and grounding switch closing/opening. It will not execute and will issue a warning in case of misoperation.

  04. One-Button Operation, Fault Warning: In accordance with the five-prevention procedures, one-button operation can be used to complete the entire energization or de-energization process. The process will terminate and issue a warning if a fault occurs or the operating conditions are not met.

  05. Step-by-Step Display, Safe and Reliable: Each step of the operation process is displayed, allowing the operator to understand the status of the trolley, circuit breaker, and grounding switch in real-time, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

  06. Delayed Operation, Emergency Stop: Except for de-energization, the energization process will have a delay for each step (effectively avoiding regret after operation; an emergency stop is available, and after operation, operators have time to move away from the equipment for safety and to alleviate fear).

  07. Press Emergency Stop, Immediate Termination: Pressing the emergency stop button during trolley and grounding switch actions and during the countdown will immediately terminate the operation being executed or about to be executed. If the circuit breaker is already closed, pressing the emergency stop button will immediately open the circuit breaker.

  08. Emergency Stop Not Reset, Operation Refused: If the emergency stop button is not reset, the device will refuse operation commands for the trolley, circuit breaker, and grounding switch.

  09. Hardware and Software Interlock, Signal Detection: The device has hardware and software interlocks and real-time input signal detection. The device displays an abnormal status if the signal is abnormal.

  10. Overcurrent Protection, Timeout Protection: If motor overcurrent or timeout occurs during execution, the device activates protection and terminates the action. This effectively prevents misoperation due to cumbersome procedures when manually operating the switchgear.

  11. Temperature and Humidity Control, Real-time Display: The device can set and control the temperature and humidity of each compartment in the centrally-mounted switchgear. (Regularly controls and displays temperature and humidity in two compartments; specify if three compartments are required).

  12. Online Temperature Monitoring: The one-button control device collects busbar or cable temperature signals from the busbar compartment, circuit breaker compartment, and cable compartment, and displays in real-time the temperature changes at the three-phase main busbar or cable connection points in each compartment.

  13. Energized Display, Simulated Busbar Display: The device has three-phase energized display indicator lights. The simulated busbar displays the color of the simulated busbar based on the actual signal from the energized display sensor.

  14. Main Busbar Display, Branch Display: After the incomer cabinet is energized, the device in the incomer cabinet will notify other corresponding devices that the main busbar is energized, and the main busbars of other devices will display red simultaneously.

  15. Trolley, Circuit Breaker, and Grounding Switch Status Display: The device displays the status of the trolley, circuit breaker, and grounding switch.

  16. Lighting Switch, Energy Storage Switch: The device has cabinet lighting and circuit breaker energy storage switch functions.

  17. Intelligent Electric Actuator: The grounding switch, trolley, and electric actuator all use DC motors to avoid stalling and burning out. The device can set the output of the electric actuator motor based on the force required for the circuit breaker trolley advance and grounding switch closing/opening. The electric actuators developed by the company are compatible with ABB, Schneider, Siemens, and various domestic circuit breakers.

Technical Advantages


The intelligent one-button control device solves the complex procedural operations during power on or power off, avoiding electrical accidents and personal injuries. Its functionalities and features include:

  (1) The device uses a 10-inch display screen and touch screen operation, simplifying the control and solving the complex panel design problems of the original switchgear. Touch screen operation resolves the failure issues caused by mechanical switch operation in the original ordinary intelligent control devices.

  (2) The device requires the input of the corresponding operator's password via the touch screen to obtain operation permission, preventing damage to the switchgear caused by improper operation by non-professional personnel and ensuring the correct execution of work permit procedures.

  (3) The operation sequence on the control panel is designed according to the "five-prevention" requirements of electricity, enabling one-button intelligent control of the entire power-on or power-off process of the switchgear. The execution sequence is displayed on the touch screen; the power-on process automatically proceeds in the order of grounding switch from closed to open, circuit breaker handle from test position to work position, circuit breaker from open to closed, and energy storage after closing. The power-off process automatically proceeds in the order of circuit breaker opening, circuit breaker handle from work position to test position, and grounding switch from open to closed. If the operation violates the "five-prevention" operational requirements, the device will provide an error message and immediately stop the subsequent power-on or power-off actions; this solves the problem of power accidents caused by operational errors due to insufficient operational skills or negligence of operators.

  (4) The touch screen not only displays the handle position, circuit breaker on/off and energy storage status, grounding knife on/off status, and the high-voltage energized status of the incoming or outgoing lines, as well as the function of automatic control of the cabinet's temperature and humidity, but also displays in real-time the energized status of each section of the switchgear busbars (the energized part of the simulated busbar is displayed in red, and the non-energized part is displayed in black), making it more intuitive; this solves the problem that the original intelligent control device could not dynamically display the energized status of each section of the busbar, leading to incorrect judgment of the busbar's energized status.

  (5) This device has communication capabilities and can achieve remote one-button closing and one-button opening; remote operation solves key problems in remote operation. One-button operation solves the common problem of misoperation due to the tedious step-by-step operation of components during power-on or power-off processes.
