KYN61-40.5 high-voltage switchgear is suitable for indoor three-phase 50/60Hz power systems with a rated voltage of 35kV. It is used to receive and distribute three-phase AC power, and to automatically switch, disconnect fault (including overload, short circuit, overvoltage, etc.), protection, monitoring and event recording; widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, railway transportation, and high-rise buildings.
The design and manufacturing of the switchgear fully comply with GB/T 3906 "3.6kV~40.5kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment" and DL/T 404 3.6kV~40.5kV "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment", GB/T 11022 "Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards" and DL/T 593 "Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards".
Technical Advantages
1. KYN61-40.5 consists of two main parts: a fixed cabinet and a withdrawable component (referred to as a truck). The cabinet shell and various functional unit partitions are assembled using riveted nuts.
2. The cabinet size can be designed according to the customer's actual on-site space and needs, with different cabinet width sizes such as 1200mm, 1400mm, and 1650mm for high altitudes.
3. The cabinet has high strength. The outer panel surface is sprayed with electrostatic spraying; the main frame of the cabinet adopts imported aluminum-zinc plated double-folded edge processing technology; ensuring that the cabinet will not corrode due to environmental humidity.
4. Each functional compartment has an independent pressure release channel and fully meets the national standard and the State Grid's "five-prevention" requirements for electricity.
5. All busbars inside the cabinet are rounded at the ends to prevent corona discharge.
