The YB-12 environment-friendly high/low-voltage prefabricated substation, commonly known as a European-type compact substation, integrates high-voltage equipment, transformers, and low-voltage equipment into a compact, factory-assembled power distribution unit. It is designed for 10/0.4kV three-phase AC systems to perform power transformation and distribution functions for receiving and distributing electrical energy.The substation features multiple color options, excellent sound insulation, and strong vibration resistance, and is widely used in outdoor applications such as urban power grid upgrades, residential communities, and high-rise buildings.The product complies with national standard GB17467-2020 High/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
Environment-friendly compact substations feature high integration, small footprint, compact structure, easy maintenance, and convenient transportation.Compared with conventional civil substations, a prefabricated substation of the same capacity occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the land area, significantly reducing design, construction workload, and overall project cost.It can be used in ring network distribution systems, dual-power supply systems, and radial terminal distribution systems, and is a new type of integrated equipment for urban and rural substation construction and renovation.
Technical Advantages
1. Advanced thermal insulation and air-duct design ensure excellent ventilation and heat dissipation. The bottom of the enclosure adopts a hole-free design to prevent condensation caused by groundwater accumulation, providing safe and reliable external protection for internal electrical components.
2. The IP43-rated roof adopts a double-layer structure with thermal insulation, moisture-proof, and anti-condensation functions. The roof also supports lifting, allowing transformers and HV/LV equipment to be installed conveniently from top to bottom.
3. The enclosure layout can be customized according to user requirements, with an optional operating corridor and both sunken and non-sunken designs available. It supports multiple high- and low-voltage configurations, offering small footprint, flexible installation, and convenient maintenance.
4. The high-voltage unit can adopt self-developed gas-insulated or air-insulated ring main units. These are compact, climate-resistant, provide excellent insulation performance, require minimal maintenance, and ensure safe and reliable operation.
5. The low-voltage unit offers flexible configurations. Circuit breakers can be selected from international or domestic brands, and metering and reactive power compensation devices can be provided as required. Standard series cabinets or modular arrangements are adopted for easy installation, operation, and maintenance.
