The YB-12 environmentally friendly high/low voltage prefabricated substation, commonly known as a European-style box-type substation, combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, and low-voltage electrical equipment into a compact integrated power distribution device. It is used in 10/0.4kV three-phase AC systems, with both power transformation and distribution functions, serving as a means for receiving and distributing electrical energy. The substation boasts a variety of colors, good sound insulation, and strong shock resistance. It can be widely used in outdoor locations such as urban power grid renovations, residential areas, and high-rise buildings. This product conforms to national standards such as GB17467-2020 "High/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substations".
Environmentally friendly box-type substations are characterized by their high integration, small size, compact structure, easy maintenance, and portability. Compared to conventional civil substations, a combined substation of the same capacity typically occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the land area of a conventional substation, significantly reducing design and construction work and costs. In the power distribution series, it can be used in ring network power distribution systems, as well as dual-power or radial terminal power distribution systems. It is a new type of integrated equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.
Technical Advantages
1. Advanced heat insulation principles and air duct design ensure excellent ventilation and heat dissipation. The bottom of the box-type substation adopts a hole-free design, avoiding condensation caused by groundwater accumulation and providing safe and reliable external protection for internal electrical components.
2. The IP43 rated top cover features a double-layer structure with heat insulation, moisture-proof, and anti-condensation functions. The top cover also facilitates lifting, and the transformer and high/low voltage equipment can be easily installed from top to bottom.
3. The box layout can be freely designed according to user needs, including an optional operating corridor, and is available in both sunken and non-sunken models. It is compatible with various high and low voltage solutions, offering advantages such as a small footprint, suitability for diverse installation locations, and convenient maintenance.
4. The high-voltage unit can adopt self-developed gas-insulated or air-insulated ring network cabinets. These are compact, unaffected by climate, offer excellent insulation performance, require minimal maintenance, and are safe and reliable.
6. The low-voltage unit offers diverse solutions. Low-voltage switches can choose imported or domestic circuit breakers according to user needs, and metering and reactive power compensation devices can be provided as required. It is compatible with various low-voltage solutions, achieving true humanized and personalized design. The low-voltage layout uses standard series cabinets or general modular arrangement for easy arrangement and convenient installation and maintenance.
