  The XINGSHENG Electrical fire emergency power supply cabinet EPS control unit adopts advanced DSP (digital signal processor) processing technology, with powerful detection and monitoring functions. The large-screen Chinese display allows for clear reading of data information, and it features an audio and visual alarm system. The inverter section uses ASIC control technology, with IGBT power devices. Each IGBT has an independent drive circuit and protection against overcurrent, output short circuit, and inverter voltage being too high, too low, or overheating. The charger uses a two-stage constant current and then constant voltage charging method, with equalization charging, float charging, and overcharge protection functions, significantly extending battery life.

Technical Advantages


  The battery detection unit can test each battery used by the EPS. Using a two-way communication method, a one-to-many connection can measure individual batteries (12V) in each cycle, accurately locating faulty batteries and issuing alarm signals to ensure reliable power supply for the EPS system. It has multiple communication interfaces for real-time monitoring, including RS232, RS422 dry contacts, and Modem. It supports TCP/IP protocol for LAN/WAN network monitoring and has a fire linkage interface for remote and fire center control.
