　　The SHARESUN ElectricXSJ fire electrical control device (fire pump automatic inspection control equipment) is mainly used for the daily patrol inspection of fire water pumps in the fire system of enterprises and institutions. The product uses programmable controllers, variable frequency speed regulators, and human-machine interface control technology to achieve automatic patrol inspection of fire water pumps. Through automatic inspection, the fire water pumps are kept in a reliable operating state for a long time.

Technical Advantages

This inspection cabinet mainly consists of electrical components such as a main power automatic circuit breaker, contactor, variable frequency speed regulator, AC contactor, programmable controller, small relay, and touch screen. By adjusting the output frequency of the variable frequency speed regulator, the low-speed operation of the water pump motor is controlled, which will not increase the pressure of the pipe network.

　　2. The inspection device panel is equipped with an ammeter, voltmeter, inspection signal lights for each pump, fault buzzer, manual/automatic selector switch, manual inspection button, and stop inspection button. Under normal circumstances, the manual/automatic selector switch is set to the automatic position. The inspection device runs automatically according to the set cycle and time. In manual mode, each water pump is inspected separately.

　　3. The inspection equipment has overvoltage, undervoltage, and phase-loss protection functions, and is equipped with a fault indicator light. When a fault occurs, the inspection device issues an audible and visual alarm signal, and the touch screen displays the location of the specific faulty pump.

　　4. The inspection device uses a small touch screen for data setting and displays the inspection running parameters through the interface. The operation uses a Chinese menu and has a data memory function, completing the memory of transient parameters during a fault.
