The SRM61-12 series switch is a fully sealed system. Its main circuit switch body and various live parts are enclosed in a stainless steel shell filled with pressurized SF6 gas. The SRM61-12 series switch includes load switch units (C), load switch + fuse combination units (F), circuit breaker units (V), metering cabinet units (M), busbar PT units (PT), etc. Different modules can be combined in various ways by selecting expandable busbars or common boxes, achieving full modularity. The expandable busbar is fully insulated and shielded, ensuring high reliability and safety. The rich module combinations meet the needs of network nodes and end users, and also meet the needs of various secondary substations for the flexible use of compact switchgear.
SF6 gas-insulated ring main unit switchgear is a switching device used in distribution systems to achieve control, protection, measurement, monitoring, and communication functions. Due to its small size, maintenance-free operation, and the fact that the main circuit is unaffected by the external environment, this type of switchgear is particularly suitable for occasions with high reliability requirements and relatively harsh natural environments and conditions, such as underground, plateau, and coastal areas. Technical Advantages
1. Fully Insulated and Sealed Design: The primary live parts (main busbars) and the switch body of the SRM61 series switchgear are sealed in an air tank welded from stainless steel plates. The main circuit is connected to the outside through bushings that meet the DIN47636 standard installed on the air tank. It can be connected to incoming and outgoing cables via fully insulated and shielded separable connectors. The air tank has an IP67 protection rating and is unaffected by the external environment, with short-term flood and dew condensation resistance.
2. Flexible and Expandable Design: The SRM61 series switchgear can be combined into fixed ring main switchgear with a common box that is not expandable (up to 6 units in the same SF6 insulated air tank) using various standard unit modules. Different modules can also be combined into expandable units, using special fully insulated and shielded busbar connectors to achieve multiple forms of combination, achieving full modularity and maximizing the ability to meet the needs of different regions, forms, and customers, providing a variety of power supply and distribution design schemes.
3. High Safety and Reliability: The primary live parts and switch body are sealed in a stainless steel air tank and connected to the outside through bushings, avoiding direct contact with live parts. The equipment has a reliable pressure relief device and pressure relief channels, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment in the event of a fault.
4. High Mechanical Reliability
With independently developed and manufactured spring operating mechanisms, the quality of the mechanisms is controlled throughout the entire process, from design and production to running-in and debugging, ensuring the reliability and stability of the mechanism.
