Product Description

　　The XINGSHENG Electrical fire pump control cabinet is a new type of fire fan control series product independently developed by XINGSHENG Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd.

　　Impeller: Uses steel plate-made blades with a forward-leaning design. Combined with the stretch-formed front disk, this creates a more reasonable flow path, ensuring impeller efficiency;

　　Motor: Uses pure copper wire coils for a long service life;

　　Bearing: Outer spherical bearing with a cast seat, allowing for coaxial error adjustment through the outer spherical surface; Housing: Double-layer duplex structure. The outer layer uses cold-rolled steel, and the inner layer uses a multi-microporous plate;

　　Sound Insulation and Heat Insulation: The interior of the two-layer housing is filled with sound-absorbing material (fire smoke exhaust fans use fire-resistant sound-absorbing material), effectively reducing heat and noise.

　　Inspection Door: The cabinet features a large inspection door for easy maintenance and repair of internal components. The inspection door is secured with an active latch, making maintenance very convenient.

　　Belt Adjustment: The fire pump control cabinet has belt tension adjustment bolts. Belt guards, and the cabinet body use structures that are AMCA certified DTC and TAE series.
